By creating an account and using PolyCat, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided via email or the platform.
PolyCat is a copy trading tool that automatically mirrors trades from selected Polymarket wallets. We provide a software service only — we do not provide financial advice, and past performance of any trader does not guarantee future results.
Copy trading involves significant financial risk. You may lose some or all of the funds in your Polymarket account. PolyCat is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through use of the service. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. This service is not available to users in jurisdictions where prediction markets are prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and Polymarket API keys. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
PolyCat offers monthly subscription plans. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
You agree not to use PolyCat to violate any laws or regulations, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, reverse engineer or copy our software, or use the service in any way that could harm other users or the platform.
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for missed trades or losses caused by service interruptions, API outages, or technical issues outside our control including Polymarket downtime.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
PolyCat is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
